MECHANICAL / IN HOUSE HELPER

  • The main duty of the mechanical helper is to provide assistance in doing mechanical work in the site.
  • Load and unload materials into workshop area. Maintain housekeeping in working area. Assist in cleaning induction motor and generator motor transformer casing & related parts and restacking of core. Assist in stripping and cleaning formed coils of induction motor & alternator motor. Assist the mechanical foreman, leadman to dismantle and assemble the cover of various motors, boiling of coils. Hauling of units to oven for baking/hauling of units from oven to production area. Assist in varnishing motors. Prepare evaluation checklist for all incoming units scheduled for repair
  • Assembling and disassembling of all incoming for repair and reconditioning units of induction motors, generators and transformers for evaluation
  • Follow instruction assigned by immediate supervisor
  • Responsible for tagging and marking of spare parts for proper identification and easily location of disassemble parts found inside the machinery
  • Assist mechanical and electrical technicians for the initial evaluation and final testing of all incoming unit for repairs
  • Facilitate the moving of equipment during processing
  • Responsible for cleaning and lubricating of equipment
  • Responsible for air blowing and chemical washing of units for recondition
  • Responsible for cleaning the production workshop 

TRUCK DRIVER

  • Facilitates training of personnel on balancing, vibration, and alignment. Assists in secures shipments/load before delivering to customer
  • Assissts in loading and unloading materials, tools, and equipment needed during trips
  • Secures good and/or materials, manpower, and equipment for pick-up and delivery
  • Ensures that the vehicles are kept clean at all times by washing both in and outside parts of the vehicle
  • Provides on-site servicing of manpower during on-site projects
  • Guarantees that the products and staff during travel are protected and secured
  • Familiarizes routes and destinations in order to provide a fast and hassle-free delivery of equipment
  • Ensures that all travels are well recorded in the travle log provided by the logistics supervisor
  • Conducts preventive maintenance for the company vehicle
  • Reports any case of accidents, injuries or damages of vehicle to the logistics supervisor
  • Assist in promoting company's services to prospects and potential clients
  • Technical evaluation in mechanical works. Oversees machine shop activities 
  • At least high school graduate or any vocational courses
  • Has a professional driver's license with level 1, 2, 3 and/ or above
  • Has a background on basic mechanic
  • Has attend trainings on defensive driving or any related trainings
  • Has a good communication and interpersonal skill that can work well with others
  • Flexible and willing  to work beyond the working hours 

SHOP SUPERVISOR

Supervises planning coordination of all work-related activities such as rig-up, installation, repair and maintenance of machineries and equipment, and in fabrication of material parts and tools. 

  • Graduate of at least of high school or junior high school
  • Has acquired qualifications and/or certifications relevant to the position (TESDA Accreditation, NC-2 Welder, etc.)
  • Has acquired at least five (5) years of experience in machine shop supervising or quality control in machine shop
  • Knowledgeable on the use of various precision measuring tools (i.e. outside micrometer, inside micrometer, bore gauge, caliper, dial gauge, etc.)
  • Knowledgeable in the use of lathe and milling machines  
  • Has a backround on drafting mechanical parts
  • At least 30 years of age
  • Organize and efficient
  • Has a good and interpersonal skill that can work well with other.
  • Flexible and willing to work beyond the working hours
  • Can work with minimal to no supervision required from the superior
  • Punctual

FIELD SERVICE SUPERVISOR

  • Reviews scope of work prior to the implementation of project
  • Conducts on-site coordination with the end-user and supervisor
  • Submits progress reports of on-site service to the main office
  • Conducts site inspection to determine the scope of work service that will be provided to the client
  • Prepares and checks tools and equipment to be used for servicing
  • Submits test reports on machineries forwarded by the technician
  • Analyzed and/or validates reports on machineries
  • Schedules service-related projects including target completion
  • Coordinates with Production Planner prior to servicing to ensure implementation of project 
  • Coordinates to the on-site supervisor for updates regarding servicing
  • Implements proper work methodology
  • Assissts technician during electrical testing
  • Conducts on-site testing of equipment and testing of equipment and safety for the employees
  • A graduate of college or vocational electrical-courses or any field related to the position
  • Has attend various accreditation programs
  • Have a keen attention to details 
  • Organized
  • Has a good communication and interpersonal skill that can work well with others
  • Flexibile and willing to work beyond the working hours
  • Can work with minimal to no supervision required from the superior
  • Have curious and inquisitive intellectual skills

ELECTRICAL SERVICE ENGINEER

Electrical Service Engineer provides technique guidance regarding the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems. Designs electrical systems and circuits, as well as contributes to improve designs and manufactuing processes.

  • REE / RME / TESDA Certificate
  • Familiar with Electrical and Mechanical Machine Equipment
  • Knowledgeable in Electrical and Mechanical Evaluation

SALES EXECUTIVE

The Sales Executives handles the sales activities in particular location under their jurisdiction. They build client relationships and often communicate with them. These executives are experts in understanding the sales market and trends. They are excellent negotiators and communicators.

  • Graduate of Business/Marketing course or equivalent
  • Male or Female, ages 24-35 years old
  • Strong Communication skills with strong business related knowledge
  • Ability and desire for sales job with a confident & determined approach 
  • Candidates should have at least 2 years experience in facing the customer
