- Works with project engineering to ensure the reliability and maintainability of new and modified installations
- Guides efforts to ensure reliability and maintainability of equipment, processes, utilities, facilities, controls and safety/security systems
- Conducts vibration analysis
- Assists on-site balancing
- Monitors productivity of Production department on Antipolo site
- Facilitates training of personnel on balancing, vibration and alignment
- Assists in technical evaluation in mechanical works
- Provides standards and tolerances for mechanical works
- Creates methodology for specific mechanical testing procedure and activity
- Oversees machine shop activities
- Researches new procedures for certain mechanical works
- Researches new equipment and/or instruments that can enhance mechanical works
- Facilitates training of personnel on balancing alignment and vibration analysis
- Prepares root cause analysis of breakdown units
- Prepares technical analysis of problematic units
- Researches new technologies on mechanical products
- Explains to the clients vis-à-vis the process of mechanical activities that will be done on the unit
- Conducts performance evaluation of mechanical personnel
- Conducts and operates dynamic balancing machine
- Conducts shaft alignment, machine tools operation to produce precision metal parts
- Handles oxygen acetylene cutting and pre-heating works
- Conducts toolbox meeting regularly
- Processes permits and other documents needed for servicing projects
- Requests PPEs (Personal Protective Equipment) needed for employees
- Coordinates and Attends client’s monthly meeting regarding safety and company rules implemented for the project
- Generate quotation, job orders, brochure/catalog, minutes of the meeting, memorandums, follow up and general business letters.
- Interacts with Sales Team and Operations Team to synchronize execution of projects.
- Liaising with clients, suppliers/vendors via e-mail or phone as and when needed.
- Provides sales support as and when immediate assistance is required and the Sales Team is not available, offering a seamless transition to the sales process whenever possible.
- Provides support and assistance to fellow team members/departments, as needed, in order to meet company/team goals including but not limited to assisting with incoming queue calls
- Completes any projects assigned by the Branch Manager including but not limited to weekly and monthly reports, data entry, prospect mailings and any other sales support functions that may arise.
- Acts as liaison between management and field sales personnel to ensure proper communication when Sales Team member is out of the office
- Data gathering like number of turns, measurements of winding and core
- Rewind small and medium-sized distribution motor and generators
- Operate wire-coiling machines to wind wire coils used in motors, and in electrical equipment.
- Select and load materials such as workpieces, objects, and machine parts into equipment used in winding processes.
- Measure and cut slot insulation
- Perform miscellaneous operations such as dismantle and clean parts.
- Insertion of coils and connect as per as found data
- Fabricate and insert new slot wages
- Apply insulating varnish to winding
- Assist technician during initial and final electrical test
- Assist technicians in no load test
- Lead mechanical crew in Installing of A frames and other lifting equipment members in place or tightens bolts.
- Assist technician in disconnection of power cables in motor, generator or transformer terminals
- Dismantle/assembles of electrical equipment like motor, generator or transformer
- Assist mechanical technician in vibration and alignment process (initial and final test)
- Assist rewinder during rewinding process
- Conducts toolbox meeting regularly

- Contribute to a climate of mutual respect, team spirit and team identity
- Purchase goods, materials, components or services in line with specified cost, quality and delivery targets
- Negotiate contracts, improve prices and terms of business with suppliers and review opportunities to make business savings utilising negotiation and procurement best practice tools and methods
- Prepare and raise purchase orders and order schedules
