FOR MARIKINA & DAVAO ASSIGNMENT (BUT WILLING TO BE TRAINED IN MANILA)

Electrical Technician conduct electrical evaluation, repair, testing, maintain electric motor and control systems and/or components to required specifications, focusing on economy, safety, reliability, quality and sustainability.

Essential Functions:

• Implement, maintain, and improve electrical instruments, equipment, facilities and components
• Familiar with motor and motor control type, parts and components
• Observed and follow proper methodology  
• Operate computer-assisted engineering and design software and equipment to perform tasks.
• Installation, maintenance, support, documentation, and testing activities to ensure compliance with specifications, codes, and customer requirements.
• Inspect completed installations and observe operations, to ensure conformance to design and equipment specifications and compliance with operational and safety standards.
• Respond and provide technical assistance to electrical equipment problems
• Direct and oversee subcontractor repairs on motor and motor control to ensure quality
• Issue repair reports at the conclusion of critical jobs for proper historical documentation
• Lead and participate in Failure Analysis and Vulnerability studies.
• Execute equipment maintenance strategies (predictive and preventive)
• Prepares service reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
• Insure compliance with standards
• Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops and trainings
• Other duties or projects as assigned.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepares work to be accomplished by gathering information and materials.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Prepare an evaluation checklist for all incoming units scheduled for repair
2. Assembling and Disassembling of all incoming for repair and reconditioning units of induction Motors, Generators, and Transformers for evaluation
3. Follow instructions assigned by the immediate supervisor
4. Responsible for tagging and marking of spare parts for proper identification and easily location of disassembled parts found inside the machinery
5. Assist mechanical and electrical technicians for the initial  evaluation and final testing of all incoming units for repairs
6. Facilitate the moving of equipment during processing
7. Responsible for cleaning and lubricating equipment
8. Responsible for air blowing and chemical washing of units for reconditioning
9. Responsible for cleaning the production workshop

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Electrical Engineering
• At least 2 to 5 years of working experience in switchgear/ transformer applications
• Work with business units in developing business plans to achieve company revenue goals

• Review and assess job order in relation with AC/DC machine
• Validation of equipment condition and data as received and provides additional recommendation as needed
• Preparation of tools and materials requisition and checking of released materials and tools
• Coordination with customer representative/production supervisor for on-site repair works
• Supervision and monitoring of repair works to ensure quality of work and delivery commitments
• Monitoring and supervision of testing process/rectify, troubleshoot if problem arises

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Accountancy or Finance
• At least 3 to 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Skills in time management and task completion, analytical, results-oriented, keen eye on details
• Familiar with VAT and withholding taxes
• Can use Quickbooks

• Facilitates training of personnel on balancing, vibration, and alignment. Assists in secures shipments/load before delivering to customer
• Assissts in loading and unloading materials, tools, and equipment needed during trips
• Secures good and/or materials, manpower, and equipment for pick-up and delivery
• Ensures that the vehicles are kept clean at all times by washing both in and outside parts of the vehicle
• Provides on-site servicing of manpower during on-site projects
• Guarantees that the products and staff during travel are protected and secured
• Familiarizes routes and destinations in order to provide a fast and hassle-free delivery of equipment
• Ensures that all travels are well recorded in the travle log provided by the logistics supervisor
• Conducts preventive maintenance for the company vehicle
• Reports any case of accidents, injuries or damages of vehicle to the logistics supervisor
• Assist in promoting company's services to prospects and potential clients
• Technical evaluation in mechanical works. Oversees machine shop activities 

• The main duty of the mechanical helper is to provide assistance in doing mechanical work in the site.

Supervises planning coordination of all work-related activities such as rig-up, installation, repair and maintenance of machineries and equipment, and in fabrication of material parts and tools.
